Las Vegas Ambulance Service Transports Its 1000th Patient

June 20, 2018 – Guardian Elite Medical Services transported its 1000th patient since beginning ambulance operations on March 1, 2018. “This is a huge milestone for us that demonstrates the viability of our service in the Las Vegas area,” says Samuel Scheller, Chief Executive Officer of Guardian Elite Medical Services. “We have big plans for Guardian Elite Medical Services and this is just the tip of the iceberg.”

Guardian Elite Medical Services started as a special event medical service in 2011 and has grown to provide medical coverage to some of Las Vegas’s largest events including Life Is Beautiful, the Consumer Electronics Show, Shot Show, and many other special events and productions that come to the Las Vegas area. On November 15, 2017, Guardian Elite Medical Services was awarded an ambulance franchise with the City of Las Vegas to begin ambulance transport operations on March 1, 2018. In addition, on June 7, 2018, Guardian Elite Medical Services began Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) training. Future plans include expansion of the EMT training program, addition of more ambulances to handle the ever increasing demand for ambulances in Las Vegas, and the creation of more full time jobs.
