Medical Support Trailers
Guardian Elite Medical Services maintains multiple medical trailers ready to be deployed anywhere in the country. These trailers are fully stocked to include:
- Intensive care medical equipment and medications
- Over the counter medications
- Generators for backup power
- HVAC system
- Tables, chairs, lights
- Staffed at either the EMT or Paramedic level
4×4 Ambulances
Guardian Elite Medical Services 4×4 ambulances are staffed with either two EMTs or one EMT and one Paramedic. A typical ambulance comes with:
- VHF radios
- Gurney
- Cardiac monitor or AED
- Oxygen
- Pain management drugs on an ALS ambulance
- Trauma supplies
Single Resource EMTs and Paramedics
Single resource EMTs and Paramedics are sent with a 4×4 vehicle and come equipped with appropriate equipment for their licensure level. Equipment on a single resource includes:
- VHF radios
- Gurney
- Cardiac monitor or AED
- Oxygen
- Pain management on an ALS ambulance
- Trauma supplies
UTVs
4×4 UTVs can be added to any resource above. The UTVs are equipped with medical supplies and a stokes basket to extricate a patient.

We are looking for EMTs and Paramedics that want to deploy on wildfires. Assignments may include being on an ambulance, medical trailer, or on the fire line as a single resource.
