These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Guardian Elite Medical Services, LLC website, training services, educational programs, and SMS text messaging services. By accessing our website or opting in to our SMS program, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our website or enroll in our SMS messaging services.

4. Account and Enrollment Requirements

Enrollment in some courses may require:

  • Valid identification

  • EMS certification/licensure (when applicable)

  • Compliance with class attendance and academic requirements

Failure to meet requirements may result in removal from a course without refund.

5. Payments & Refunds

Payments made for classes, services, or merchandise are subject to the refund and cancellation policies listed on the course registration page. Refunds are not guaranteed and may be subject to administrative fees.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and in training materials is owned or licensed by Guardian Elite Medical Services and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Guardian Elite Medical Services is not responsible for data charges, carrier fees, interruption of service, or damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or SMS program.

8. Modification of Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of the website or SMS program constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
