Guardian Elite Medical Services Awarded Primary Ambulance Contract for VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System

Las Vegas, NV — Guardian Elite Medical Services is proud to announce that it has been awarded the contract to serve as the primary ambulance provider for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Southern Nevada Healthcare System (VASNHS). The new contract officially began on April 1, 2025.

Following a highly competitive bidding process, Guardian Elite was selected based on its strong performance history, rapid response capabilities, and ongoing commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care. The contract includes ambulance transportation services for the VA Main Hospital in North Las Vegas as well as all affiliated outpatient clinics throughout the greater Las Vegas area.
