Base Access To Mike O’Callaghan Military Medical Center
Monday-Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm
- Go to the Visitor Control Center at 4625 Fitzgerald Blvd., Nellis AFB, NV 89191.
- Bring a REAL ID Driver’s License, which has the star on the upper right corner. If you do not have a REAL ID, a second form of identification will be required (ie. Social Security Card, US Passport, or Birth Certificate).
- A background check will be run on you. If favorable, you will be given a base pass. Unfavorable determinations are based upon information indicating a risk to public peace or safety. For example, active warrants for offenses involving bodily harm or threats of bodily harm. If unfavorable, you will be denied access to the base.
- After receiving a base pass, you can go to the hospital at 4700 Las Vegas Blvd North, Nellis AFB, NV 89191.
Nights (Between 4:30pm to 7:30am)/Weekends/Federal Holidays
- Go to the hospital located at 47oo Las Vegas Blvd North, Nellis AFB, NV 89191.
