Guardian Elite Medical Services is Las Vegas’s newest ambulance company.  We started as an event medical service in 2011 providing coverage to some of Las Vegas’s largest special events including the Consumer Electronics Show, Life Is Beautiful, BikeFest, and Shot Show.  As we grow, we are looking to become a leader in ambulance services in the Las Vegas valley.  Our non-emergent ambulance operations began on March 1, 2018. We have also been offering Emergency Medical Technician courses since Spring of 2018.  Our focus is to take care of people and is reflected in our motto of people taking care of people.  We do this through our C.A.R.E. acronym of:

C – Compassion
We will show compassion to all patients while in our care.

A – Access To Care
We will provide access to care to everyone using our services.

R – Respect
We will show respect to all workers in the healthcare setting.

E – Excellence
We will be excellent in everything that we do through ongoing evaluation and improvement.
